Odeke is a Vice President at IMBC. Odeke has over 10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary, multinational projects in high performing teams in sectors spanning Corporate Finance, Real Estate, and Commercial Retail.
Odeke has been able to leverage his expertise to advise Family Businesses on developing sales and finance strategies to drive business growth in addition to succession planning.
He is an experienced business strategist who holds a BS/BA in Business Management from Bucknell University, USA. Prior to joining IMBC, Odeke worked at Ralph Lauren Corporation, Ekco Investments Limited as Finance Director and, most recently, at Sasema Management Company as the Head of Advisory Services.
At IMBC, Odeke oversees the M&A advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and Private Equity advisory processes.

Cinday Ndungu
Vice President - Corporate Finance
Cinday is a Vice President at I&M Burbidge Capital. She is a seasoned investment professional with 7 years of professional experience in M&A Transactions, Corporate Finance, Banking Relationship Management and Real Estate Project Management.
Cinday previously worked at Deloitte East Africa in Financial Advisory rising the ranks from Analyst to Senior Consultant. She played a key role in business development, market eminence, financial modelling, feasibility studies, due diligence and business valuations assignments across East and Southern Africa.
Cinday is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) Level III Candidate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Engineering.

Aayush Shah
Senior Corporate Finance Analyst
Aayush is currently a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst at I&M Burbidge Capital and has been a part of the team that has successfully executed transactions in healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing and agriculture sectors across East Africa.
Aayush handles a range of technical tasks in corporate finance, which encompass valuation, documentation, client structuring, and conducting supporting research for transactions.
Aayush holds an Associated Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and Chartered Public Accountant – Kenya (CPA-K) certifications. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
Gabriel Wesonga

Gabriel Wesonga is an Associate at I&M Burbidge Capital, supporting the firm’s work in capital raising and financial advisory. He has experience in private equity, where he helped manage and deploy funds across sectors such as energy, healthcare, and finance.

He has a strong background in deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring and valuation.He assists in reviewing investment opportunities, preparing analyses, and supporting clients through fundraising and strategic decision-making.

Evans Muriuki

Evans is a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst at I&M Burbidge Capital. He is a detail-oriented finance professional with over 4 years of experience in corporate finance, specializing in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction advisory across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Proven track record in managing capital raises and delivering strategic insights for mid-tier corporates and SMEs in healthcare, financial services, agriculture, manufacturing, and other sectors. Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and executing buy-side and sell-side transactions.​

Evans holds a BSc in Financial Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a certification in Google Data Analytics from Google.
Joan Muiruri
Corporate Finance Analyst
Joan is a corporate finance analyst at I&M Burbidge Capital. She has over 2 years of experience in finance having worked in organizations including Centum Investment Company and Kenya Mortgage Refinancing Company.
She possesses strong attention to detail, is skilled in financial analysis and deal structuring.
Joan holds a Bachelor of Business in Financial Economics (Honours) from Strathmore University and is currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification and Financial Modelling and Valuation Association.
Nelly is a corporate finance analyst at I&M Burbidge Capital, supporting the execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions.
She contributes to the development of financial models, valuation analyses, Information Memoranda, investor presentations, and conducts sector and company research to guide transaction strategy.
Nelly brings strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to delivering high-quality corporate finance advisory support. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Financial Economics (Honors) from Strathmore University, is a CPA finalist, and has additional training in applied data science.
